Pick a date that works for you and answer a few quick questions about your club or school. We’ll send you a ready-to-go info pack with everything you need to make sign-ups seamless.
Parents pre-register their child using the provided link, allowing us to schedule team photos efficiently and making ordering quick and simple later. Each week, you'll get a registration update, so you know which teams need a little nudge.
All we need is a small space with power for our green screen setup (we’ll send exact size requirements). Parents bring their child at their time slot, and we’ll capture multiple poses that let their personality shine.
Around 10-15 days later, we’ll let you know when the photos are ready. Parents can log in, view their child’s photos and team shots, and order directly - no paper forms, no cash handling.
